Tonight the Falcons traveled to ALA and lost 73-44. Leading scorer for the Falcons was Ammar Ceman with 18 points. Down 6 at the end of the first-quarter and 14 at halftime, ALA’s size was too much. “Their big kid was the best player we have seen all year. They came out on fire but our team weathered the storm and kept fighting the whole way. Flat out, we could not stop their guards. It was great to see our guys keep battling, that’s all I can ask,” said Coach Kontak.

Up by only two points at halftime, the Falcons began the third quarter on a 9-0 run and never looked back. “We just weren’t making any shots in the first half. Varsity Boys Basketball vs Prescott

Tonight the Falcons played Prescott at home and lost 67-36. Leading scorer for the Falcons was Cody Hampson with 15 points. Jayson Evans added 9 points. The Falcons played a great first quarter, down only 1 point at the end of the first quarter. Prescott would prove to be too much in the end. “Our seniors came out with a ton of energy and that was the difference in the first quarter. The crowd was great, we just couldn’t ride the momentum. There was a lot of emotion in the locker room after the game and I love that. Seeing guys get emotional means they care, and as a coach that means the world,” said Coach Kontak.
