Varsity Volleyball vs ASU Prep

Thank you to everyone who showed up tonight for our pink out game! The team appreciates the support!  Everyone who was there got to witness where this program is heading in the near future, and got to watch a really tough fought game, including a game which ended in extra points 29-27.  While the Falcons lost in 4 games to ASU Prep, it was still a night to celebrate as Emily Wales got 26 digs to become the all-time dig leader for the Falcons with 179, and she still has her senior season to go to add to the total. There were a lot of positives for the Falcons tonight, Abby Rice led all players with 9 Kills, followed by Emily Wales with 8 and Jaci Norton with 7. Jaci also led all players with 8 aces.  Martha Cress also finished the night with 11 assists.

We also said goodbye to our two Seniors, Alysa Anschutz and Domonique Rada.  Both of them set the standard for our future Seniors, and we will miss them greatly!  Thank you for your hard work, and dedication to Falcon Volleyball.  Good luck to both of you as you head to college, It was my pleasure to coach this season!

Finally, I’d like to thank the team.  This year was a hard transition, as we changed the direction of the program by how we will do things. Each of you took the lead in changing the culture, changing the expectations, changing the work ethic, and formed a team in the process.  Our future is brighter because of the standards you set this year for future Falcons to follow.
