Varsity Football vs Scottsdale Prep

North Pointe Prep went down swinging in a 26-6 loss to Scottsdale Prep on Friday night with a last minute score. Scottsdale Prep did a great job controlling the line of scrimmage limiting the running game of the Falcons and getting pressure on Jason Evans at quarterback. Colin Statt came into the game at quarterback to lead the team down the field in the fourth quarter for their only score. Colin also lead the team on the defensive side of the ball with nine tackles and four assisted tackles. “We need the offensive and defensive line to step up and rise to the challenge if we are gong to be successful this year,” said Coach Cluckey.
